National Publicity & Marketing Workshop

Workshop-Publicising and Marketing Plus, attracting interest and maintaining presence.

A workshop to share and build experience. Open to all interested members.

Members share their experience of publicity and marketing that works in their community in attracting enquiries and interest about their group, organisation and its activities.



Active publicity and marketing is planned and happens through 2014 and 2015.

Members gain confidence in the marketing of Plus.

The applications of a variety of techniques paid and free to publicise their group.

To build teams that can utilise individual skills to maximum benefit. 

An increase in the number of inquiries from the public.



A] To utilise the experience of members to demonstrate successful and failed methods of publicising groups.

B] To have practical and live exercises that enable members gain confidence.

C] To encourage the use of mixed media and techniques to create a publicity and marketing campaign.

D] To encourage the use of surveys to refine implementation.

E] To agree actions and co-operation for a co-ordinated campaign.

F] To discuss techniques and applications that assist in publicity and marketing.


We will encourage members from groups who are strong in publicizing to attend and contribute to the presentation.

Cost; 10.00 per person by Wednesday 19th February
